Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

At Reidiculous Concepts we pride ourselves in expediting your order as quickly as we can. 

Our preferred shipping method is USPS ground service.

We do our best to offer same day shipping for in stock items when possible. 

 

Custom order times will constantly vary. Custom orders are processed in the order they are received. A confirmation email will be sent with an approximate custom order timeline.

 

There may be some occasions when shipping on our end is delayed such as if we are on vacation or away at an event. 

Our products all ship out of Raleigh, NC. 

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed. 

An additional email will be sent out when the order has shipped. 

Orders will arrive in 3-10 business days once shipped.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Orders over $75 ship for free

 

Local Pick up at Cedar Hill in North Raleigh- Free

Local Pickup at a different course in the triangle- $2 gas fee

 

 

 

 

International shipping 

 

We offer international shipping. Shipping Rates will calculate in checkout. 

The shipping time may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on where you are located.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your country. 

Reidiculous Concepts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How Do I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email from Reidiculous Concepts containing the tracking number for your order. You can use this number to track its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving shipping confirmation email. Please email reidiculousconcepts@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number. We will look into where it is and reply back when we have an update. 

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes 

If your mailing address is a P.O. Box, Please note that only the USPS is authorized to deliver your order. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy.  You will have 30 days from the day you received your order to submit a return request. The item you are returning must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and unused and in its original packaging. Also, a proof of purchase or receipt is required for each return. We will refund the full amount minus shipping costs for the return.

 

To file a return claim. Please email us at reidiculousconcepts@gmail.com We will reply with return instructions, return address, and packing instructions.

 

Damaged products and Issues

As soon as you receive your order, please double check for any defects, damage, or if the product is not what you ordered. If this occurs email us immediately with your order number, a description of the issue and a detailed photos the damaged product’s condition. 

 

Exceptions/Non-returnable 

The following items are not available for return or refund.

  • Sale items

  • Custom Orders

  • Items bought with a gift card

  • Perishable items, such as Hot Sauce

  • Shipping costs
