About Us

At Reidiculous Concepts, we are passionate about dyeing disc golf discs. We started this venture as a way to explore our creative passions as a husband-and-wife team. Our goal is to offer unique and creative disc dyeing solutions that stand out from the rest. We believe that artistic expression is an important part of the sport we love, and we strive to bring that creativity to every dye job we do.

 

Emily has always had an artistic passion for various art forms including mosaic mirror art, jewelry making, photography and musical arts, excelling in playing the flute and piccolo. She pursued her musical passions at Western Carolina University with an Entrepreneurship minor, and where she first DISCovered disc golf her in her last semester. Life led her to Raleigh where in her spare time she created jewelry and greeting cards and played an occasional round of disc golf with friends. Fate brought Adam into her life and a sparked a new love for the game of disc golf. 

 

Adam grew up in rural Ohio with music, agriculture and cooking professionally to drive him. Food service has always taken center stage for Adam. He fell into disc golf by flicking a champion wraith to a roommate’s dog in the back yard. He soon picked up a few of his own discs, hit up some friends and played Joe Eakes in Kure Beach, NC for his first round. He started playing off and on. When he met Emily things changed. They bonded over heavy metal music, food culture and of course, disc golf!  They were married in 2020 while the restaurant business and nearly every businesses were shut down. They made the best out of 2020 as they could, playing 45 new disc golf courses across the North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
